Common questions
Do I need a WMS or ERP to use Strata?

No. Signal works with any platform that exports a spreadsheet — Shopify, ShipStation, ShipBob, QuickBooks, Sortly, or a basic CSV export from wherever you track inventory. Higher tiers add WMS and ERP features as your operation grows.
What counts as a brand?

A brand is a separate business unit with its own inventory and orders. If you run two DTC labels out of the same warehouse, that's two brands. If your business is one label, you have one brand.
Is my data secure?

Strata is read-only by design. It reads from your systems and never writes to them. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Your credentials are never stored in Strata — you connect through your own system's read-only tokens.
Can I upgrade mid-trial?

Yes. Upgrade anytime during or after your trial. Your 14-day trial window carries forward to the new tier.
